Seems like stye. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Apply hot compression, neosporin eye ointment . Tab ibuprofen 400mg, every 8 hours for 3 days. If it persists after this, get it excised by ophthalmologist.

Looks like stye/eyelid infection. Continue warm compress and avoid touching or squeezing it. If swelling or pain increases, pus/fever comes, or vision affected, consult eye doctor.

I can only imagine how painful that must be. Also opening the eye must be very difficult.  From your description it seems like a stye. In easy terminology it could have happened by extensive rubbing with an irritant in the lashes or a lash infection.
Next Steps
Do not rub the eye please. Try cold fermentation, place an ice pack wrapped in a soft face towel over the eye. Anti-inflammatory will definitely help in Pain as well as reduce inflammation. tab Brufen 400mg twice a day may reduce your agony. normally a combination of oral  antibiotics and topical ones bring the situation in control early and easily
Health Tips
please don't randomly start an antibiotic, have the eye checked out and then start.

A completely swollen and very painful upper eyelid that is worsening despite home remedies is likely progressing from a simple stye to Preseptal Cellulitis or an Internal Hordeolum (Infected Chalazion). While a stye is a minor infection of a lash follicle, the spread of swelling to the entire lid indicates that the infection is moving into the surrounding soft tissue. This level of inflammation requires active medical intervention to prevent it from affecting the deeper structures of the eye

This could be a stye or lid infection and since the swelling and pain are increasing, proper evaluation is important 👍 Most cases improve well with the right medicines early. Please consult soon so the exact cause can be confirmed and treatment started appropriately.
