Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently along with antibiotic eyedrop
For stye
A. Hot fomentation
B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
