I've got issues with my communication where im stutter alot and forgot the words I need to speak even in my own language. This problem started when I was in highschool. I read about this in e-book and it says that this an early symptoms of Alzheimer disease. Am I okey? Is there any medication I can take to reduce this problem? I really need help as I am an international student and need to speak English fluently.

Hi. Stuttering is often relation to  speech articulation deficit. It is a symptom of alzheimers but not an indicator. Please see a speech therapist who will diagnose and treat.
Next Steps
See speech therapist and ENT specialist.

It may not be Alzheimer. As you have mentioned,  that it is there since  your high school. As it is a Learned behavior,  you can come out of this problem with consistent speech therapy sessions and counseling. All the best.
