Can structure of swollen lymph node if it's cancer ? What is the sign of painless or with pain lymph node ? Can I have half of the swollen lymph nodes with pain and without pain?

Only increase in size or presence or absence of pain not criterion to conclude about cancer. Since lymph nodes drain a area, that also comes to account. On the whole infectious nodes are more common than cancer.
