Hello, I have recently observe a strong sensation on my lower back when i ejaculate. It's not pain or anything, but i havent experienced it earlier, is it something serious?

It may happen if you have prostate infection, have a pre-existing low back pain/ injury, issues with kidney etc. Sometimes it could be that you just holding your back muscles way too tightly. To identify the right cause, i suggest you to visit a urologist.
