Stringy Brown Discharge and Itching

Hello, I've been getting stringy brown discharge every couple of weeks that lasts for a couple of days, it normally comes with stomach cramps too but I don't really get proper bleeding, for the past 4 years I've not had bleeding at all due to my contraceptive pill and now I'm getting this. I also have itching and breast soreness.
