Is strech marks and striae rubra are same..or the Marks occurs in striae rubra fades like strech marks??or are they permanent and always stays in red color??plz help..

Yes. Its same. Inital stage is red in colour aka striae rubra. Later on , they fade and become skin colored to whilte colored aka striae alba.
