Hii I am 30 years old Recently gained 10 kgs of weight in one year..I have started getting strech Mark's on my inner thighs and they grew till my knees..how could I stop them..

The picture shows Striae rubra, strech marks. This is because of sudden put on of weight. Controlling weight can stop further forming of the stretch marks.
