Stop periods with trenaxa

I've been taking meprate for 20 days as my doc had prescribed for polymenorrhea in pcod.. But despite taking tab my periods came... But i want to stop the periods.. So shall I continue meprate 10mg with trenaxa 500 mg TDS to stop periods?

You must have missed a tablet. Hence bleeding started again Take only tranexa now.
