My four month old baby report is stool ph 6 and reducing substance is negative so is it normal or concerning ??

Why was it done ? The above values are normal . If there are no RBC /lot of pus cells then no need to worry

Only the lab report showing this stool reports does not need any intervention , but if there is any symptoms like watery stools or rashes in anal area then baby needs further evaluation.
