He is going daddy by day ,if he go ,He is going stool hard by that he is getting blood in stool ... In food also I'm giving rasam ND curd ND banana .. even though he won't go daily... He is  so active but while going potty he will face alot difficult in his face feel so hard

Add green leaves in food. Blood in stool needs evaluation, consult paediatrician immediately

Hi there What is the age of your child and since how long he is having constipation?? Hard stool can lead to some injury at anus and give blood in stool. Connect me with above information and i will suggest you further management.
