This is gastrocolic reflex and babies outgrow and is normal. As baby is on formula feeds mix the feed properly according to instructions on pack and have serial weight monitoring at each vaccination visit.initially try latching the baby on to your breast as it may increase milk production eventually.

Greetings Passing stool frequently after feeding is generally normal in a one-month-old due to an active gastrocolic reflex, which causes the bowels to move when the stomach fillsIt is essential to consult a doctor if the stools become watery or contain blood, if she shows signs of dehydration, or if she has a fever. Common causes for a high stool frequency include a normal physiological reflex, formula sensitivity, or a mild viral stomach infection.

It is quite normal to pass stool after every feed. Normal newborn stool frequency can be 7-8 times/day to once in 7-8 days. Baby weight should be getting increased.
Next Steps
Monitor weight on growthchart
Health Tips
If weight is not increasing adequately, need to check with pediatrician

It is due to a normal gastrocolic reflex in newborn babies. Consult a pediatrician near by if the stools are watery/there is blood in stool/the baby has fever

Passing stool after almost every feed is common at one month old, especially in formula-fed babies, and on its own does not mean she is absorbing feeds poorly or that her weight gain will be slow. This is a normal reflex where feeding triggers the gut to empty, and many babies this age do it several times a day without any problem.
Next Steps
What matters more than how often she passes stool is whether she is feeding well, wetting 6 or more diapers a day, and gaining weight steadily week on week. Keep a simple weekly weight check going for reassurance.
Health Tips
See your pediatrician soon if the stool becomes watery, has blood or mucus, smells unusually foul, or if her weight gain slows down over a week or two.
