Stones inside Kidney

Dear Nephrologists, This concern is regarding my father's recent issue, for kidney stones. He is admitted in hospital since last 3 days, he has 6.25mm of stones inside the bladder and 1.25mm of particles stuck inside the intestinal passage (as per the MRI reports). Doctors are advising for and endoscopy test to examine this in detail and post that they are recommending a stent to be place inside the bladder for 6 weeks, to remove the stones. I am staying 1000's of km's far away from my father and can't go snd visit him too bcz of this pandemic. Request you to please advise if this Stent placement is ok or not.
