My husband has kidney stone 12mm left upper middle ureteric calculus,uric acid 9.3mg/dl, platelets 124 . No pain as per now what to do? Any harm to wait....

No you should get it cleared. It won't go with medicines. No pain doesn't mean you can wait. As far this stone is there it is causing block to that kidney. It will only increase with time. And it can also cause infection. Also his uric acid is very high which will need medication. High uric acid is a cause for stone formation
