One need to rule out significant swelling on kidney, alteration in kidney function and associated urine and blood infection. Because these factors warrant urgent surgery. If not one can go for medical expulsion therapy where in possibility of stone expulsion would be 40-50 percent.
Next Steps
Urology consultation and mandatory blood, urine and imaging tests

There’s less than 50% chance that it will pass on its own but it can Have you confirmed the stone on CT scan or on the ultrasound Is there any upstream swelling in the kidney or the passage Have you done kidney function test to see if it is causing any harm or not
Next Steps
Better see a urologist nearby or you can consult a video call with me as well
