I want to know is there any possibility 7.2 mm stone in vu junction can pass naturally???

If there is no problem in urinate but pain is there at back ..
One need to rule out significant swelling on kidney, alteration in kidney function and associated urine and blood infection. Because these factors warrant urgent surgery. If not one can go for medical expulsion therapy where in possibility of stone expulsion would be 40-50 percent.
