Heavy stomachache left in down side of stomach. It is very painful. When I sitting a chair starting pain

The pain in stomach on down left side may be due to costipation and possible colonic infection. Please specify how long it's been there and any associated symptoms like urinary or bowel problems Your problem seems to be aggravated on Sitting in a chair . You may need consultation with orthopaedic doctor also.
