If itching has been present for 5–6 years, it is unlikely to be caused only by worms. Since you have taken Bandy Plus 12  many times without lasting relief, the cause may be scabies, fungal infection, chronic allergy (urticaria), eczema, or an internal problem such as liver, kidney, thyroid disorder, or diabetes. Repeated deworming without proper diagnosis will not solve the problem.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation. A skin examination and basic blood tests (CBC, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood sugar) may be needed. Treatment should be cause-specific (topical creams, medicines, lifestyle advice), not repeated deworming.
