I am having stomach upset with soft stool causing problems.Flatulence is also there.Sometimes wind is passing along with soft stool causing problem making dirty my undergarments. How can I regain my normalcy?

From when are you having these problem? Start taking vibact ds three times a day Kindly consult separately for further treatment plan

till then donot take nonveg and milk drink plenty of water dont take outside food
