He is having bloated stomach, frequent bowel movement with pain and  hard stools right from morning. Morning he had idlies for breakfast then he is in empty stomach. Kindly do address the issue and prescribe a diet.

Hi Does he experience this often or this is the first time? For bloating he can take Gelusil mps 2 teaspoon as and when required ( max 8 teaspoon per day) He can take Cremadiet 2 scoops with 2 glass of water To regularise his bowel
