Stomach upset and red worm in stool

2023-04-19 14:18:32
Recently I travelled to Maldives and since returning I am having frequent motions and stomach upset. Today found a small red worm after using washroom..not sure if it's from stool or due to flush water. Should I take albendazol as precautionary, if yes what's the course. Thanks in advance.
