My wife is 4 months pregnant woman, she get suddenly sharp pain under stomach but it not continuously pain, it any problems, please give suggestion... Iron tablet change baby colour and My wife have black stool it's any problems

Regarding pain need more information, iron doesn't change color of baby, nothing to worry about black stool,take pan d tablet early morning for 3days if no relief please reach out
