I've been experiencing chest pain, back pain nausea and I feel pain on my upper middle abdomen. Can you tell me what is this? I burp even if I have an empty stomach and It relieves me if I force myself to vomit. do I have ulcer? I don't vomit with blood btw.

u have gastroesophageal reflux need upper gi endoscopy to look for ulcer any histroy of weight loss and anorexia avoid spicy food and fasting avoid lemon.citrus food
