You're having abdominal cramping where the muscles are in spasm. I would advise you to have ORS so that you stay hydrated while having loose stools. The following steps may help:
- Stay hydrated, aim to drink 3 liters of water per day
- Use a hot water bag over the abdomen which will give you some relief and gently massage the abdomen and lower back.
- Have a liquid diet of soups and juices and slowly increase the consistency based on how you can tolerate it.
- Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food.
- Aletrnate between ORS and normal water and stay hydrated.
If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
