Stomach pain since 3 days. Had vomiting

Had vomiting yesterday. After injection and glucose drip felt better. Now only mild stomach pain. Had severe stomach pain yesterday. I am on antibiotic (taxim 200mg twice a day and some probiotic . Is the stone severe? Is my reports fine?
