Hello.. Well there are many causes of stomach pain...pain may be due to colitis...gastritis...gastroenteritis..appendicitis...renal or ureteric stones....these are the common causes...I need to examine you to specifically tell you what the problem is...it's better you consult a surgeon...you might need to undergo ultrasound abdomen and pelvis .....thank you
