My wife has stomach pain and blood is coming out when motion  what is the problem and she has irregular periods

Hi If it is frank blood with motion could be a fissure in ano or bleeding piles.since she has pain abdomen associated please Consult a surgeon to rule out the causes. possibility of endometriosis also to be kept in mind. However surgical consultation followed by a check up with gynaecologist is also important .Hope you are convinced. best wishes
