Stomach pain in the upper middle part

Hi! Good day! I just want to ask if what medicine can I take for my stomach pain? I've been experiencing it for days now and the pain feels like it's twisting inside the upper middle part if my stomach. I also noticed that whenever I do not eat on time, it'll hurt more. I just want to ask if what medicine can I take to get rid of the pain? Thank you! :)
