Stomach pain

I'm 6 months pregnant.. I have scanned on Jan 20.. anomaly scan everything is OK.. but from Jan 29 - today I have mild pricking type of pain in lower abdominal region its almost constant for 3 days .. sometimes it's present on right side sometimes on lower left side sometimes diffuse or on the center. Sometimes the pain radiates to anal region and vagina.. I have no pain on urinating and no constipation.. what will be the reason for the stomach pain... plz do reply in detail rather telling for consultation

any vaginal infection can cause pain..also get urine routine test..even if you are not having any symptoms related to it

Little bit of cramping pain is normal in pregnancy. Get a routine urine test done. Please visit your Gynaecologist for a vaginal per speculum examination to rule out if there is any discharge as discharge due to vaginal infection can also cause lower abdominal pain
