Hi this looks like symptoms of gastroenteritis. Take liquid diet for next 7 days. Don't take milk. Start tab Ciplox TZ (1-0-1) after meal for 3 days. Econorm Sachet daily after dinner for 5 days. Tab buscogast plus - 1 tablet in case ood pain abdomen.
Next Steps
if symptoms persists then It's better to get a consultation from gastroenterologist.
