Hi I am suffering stomach (Abdominal) pain science two days and i am going motion three times per day normally

Hello we need your history in more details with examination . As far as pain abdomen in concern it can because of gastritis and various other reason which we can asses after through history. Passing stool three times need to know more about consistency , presence of mucus , blood if any in stool . Is it associated with pain abdomen
