My 6 year son is having stomach pain and feels like vomiting. Please advise. He has no fever, is currently empty stomach

Children have pain due various Infections. Sometimes food related causes. Antiemetics, ANTIBIOTICS are antacids may be required depending on various factors.
Next Steps
gripe water helps as home remedy. colicaid may be given.
