My mother had to go to toilet after every meal and it's been happening for few days now. She had stomach pain today. What kind of foods should she consume or what meds would help her with this issue

No to go for bed after meals,take any antacid like Pan 40 ,do walk after meal will be helpful

Any history of fever/ diarrhoea? How often does she go to toilet? Are the stools soft or liquid? Probably it's gastroenteritis. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and medication
