From yesterday i had been in stomach pain , today morning I got fever 99.7, potty was like gum , stomach feeling heavy , and pain from upper part of the stomach from a certain point , today morning I took pan d , little bit relief.. but still a pain there , kindly help.. .

Eat healty non oily and non spicy foods only. No street  or junk foods. Drink plenty of water and liquids Eat seasonal fruits ORS Tab.Meftaspas sos for pain.
