I got stomach pain 2 days back , for past two days I have little stomach pain , whatever I eat out in to watery, thin stool. Kindly suggest some advice pls

If are too dehydrated  go to hospital to check BP and go for iv fluids.. for mild dehydration use ors sachets and orflox oz tablets mrng and night after food for 3 days..take loperamide once in a day
