IMPRESSION- 1.   Appendix is retrocaecal in position, mildly dilated, measures 6 mm in maximum diameter, at base with wall thickening & associated subtle mesenteric fat stranding in RIF. Maximum wall thickness is 2.5 mm. There are adjacent reactive lymph nodes – F/s/o subacute uncomplicated appendicitis.

If you have pain mainly in right side of your abdomen, with fever on and off and vomiting sensation, you may need surgery- Appendicectomy. Consult a surgeon for further advise
