Sometimes stomach feeling full n feeling not cleaned properly... Feeling vomiting.. So that less interest in food.. Feeling very uneasy n restless while standing n doing work... N most important feeling weakness in body... N feeling weight loss also. Someone suggested Gaviscon syrup and Nexpro 40 mg tablet... Is it safe to take it??

Gaviscon and nexpro are good But u have little stress and anxiety I guess and also you nutrition is not upto mark and vitamin defeciency that's why your are not feeling yourself Check you thyroid also
