Please get an ultrasound scan of your abdomen done every month. Keep them in a sequence. After one year take all the twelve scans to a Sonologist. He will compare all the scans and tell you if any changes occur on a month to month basis.
To my knowledge month to month changes occur only when you are pregnant.
