  4. Stomach issue. Please guide me in this!

From the past 3-4 years i am facing disgestive issue such as gas trouble and body discomfortness, body gets irritated when gas trouble occurs, anxiety and panic attacks also started. Sonography done but no issue in the test. Some basic test for liver,kidney and urine done the report also were normal. But the symptoms persists. Please guide me in this regard what to do next to counter this problem which is ruining my daily routine.
