I have bloting in my upper stomach area, it is swallowing and tight. I am very uncomfortable and having vomiting like feeling , and also have High fever, it is since 2 days . Please help

You should have a proper physical examination before a diagnosis can be made. Then a proper treatment should be started. The Gastro intestinal problems need a prolonged treatment.
