Hi doc my friend is suffering from stomach cramps from past two days .she suggests it's because of periods . Please suggest if any medication is required .

If she always has pain during menstrual cycles then she needs to do an ultrasound to rule out endometriosis , ovarian cysts , fibroids etc. For now you cn give her tab buscopan for pain
