For mild cases of loose motion and stomach ache, you can try the following home remedies: Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, clear broths, or electrolyte solutions, to prevent dehydration. BRAT Diet: Stick to a bland diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. These foods are easy on the stomach. Ginger Tea: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that may help soothe the stomach. Try drinking ginger tea or adding ginger to warm water. Mint Tea: Peppermint can help ease stomach discomfort. Drink mint tea or chew on fresh mint leaves. Yogurt: Probiotics in yogurt can aid in restoring the balance of gut bacteria. Opt for plain, unsweetened yogurt. Avoid Trigger Foods: Stay away from spicy, fatty, or dairy-rich foods that may exacerbate symptoms.
