Stomach Bloating

I am suffering from stomach bloating what is the reason ? I feel too much bloat and passing wind sometimes i have to go to realse it than it stop otherwise bloat and passing wind continues.

Bloating can be due to many reason like gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), intake of unusual food or beverage and many more. If it has been for long duration it could be IBS, try to consult properly for the best result. If it is of short duration like for a few hours to days it could be due to gastritis or change in dietary habit for which u manage yourself as follows: 1) Drink plenty of water. 2) Avoid beverage, fast food, spicy and oily food. 3) Tab Pantoprazole 40mg once daily early morning before food for 10 days. 4) Syrup Himcosid SF 2teaspoon full Thrice daily for 10 days. Take care and stay safe.
