Hello Doc , I am practicing yoga and other exercise as all .I am having a proper diet as well.I am reducing my weight as well but my problem is I am not able to reduce my belly fat it looks like a pregnant lady and looks so bad I have tried many exercises ,yoga etc every part of the body is losing its inches except my tummy fat . I have regular periods too and no other medication Please suggest me how to reduce my belly fat .

It has been 3 months post my C section, when is the right time to perform Yoga asanas.
