Stomach is aching since last 4 hours tried pudin hara n eno but nothing worked. My stocmach is like pulling sensation very terrible pain

Please consult a doctor immediately since the cause for the pain needs to be Identified before any  advise can be given. It could be a serious  problem which can be assessed only after examination.
