My son is about to complete his 4 yrs in october. He is having stomach ache since few days and lill nausea type feeling he has no appetite i doubt if its bcz of worm in the tummy.pls suggest any deworm medicine with no side effects.

Hi, giving medicine for deworm might not helpful..anyways you can give it to your child there is no harm...but cause for pain and nausea we have to find out..
