My daughter got stomach ache. The test reports indications are as follows: mild hepatomegaly & few reactive mesentrie lymphnoudes shows in usg report. Neutrophils L 34% where normal 45-70%: Lymphocytes H 64% where normal 25-45% shows in complete blood report

Start tab.lanzol jr 15mg one tablet once a day for 7 days. Syrup.nitazoxanide according to her weight for 3 days.
