Whenever I eat outside I always suffer with indigestion that goes on for 1 day n DAT white day I always feels dat I need to go to washrum. I eat some snacks outside day before yesterday and today from d night suffer from stomach ache spend 1/2 in washroom lots of gas n I was in a habit to eat cement but somehow I stopped this habit

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Unienzyme twice a day after food for 3 days. Have one cup curd daily.
