Stomach ache and uneasyness

I got married on 10th feb. My last menstruation was started on 15th feb and lasts for 3 days. This month i was expecting my period on 13th march but i haven't received it till today. I am having continuous stomach ache, back ache and uneasyness from last 4 days approx. I dont had any unprotected sex after 15th feb. I have tested through preganews on 13th march and it was negative.
