I had surgery 15 days before ...right side ovary removal ...sutures  removed 3 days before...but feeling hard below stitches and it's paining...is it normal or should I need to worry about it

If there is pain swelling and redness its probbaly a stitch abscess and you need to review your doctor again... even if its without redness it could be a small collection of fluid called seroma.. which depending on its size might need to be opened and drained out.. but that depends on the size of the swelling
