Stiffness in neck, upper back, and chest

I had come down with high fever two days ago, with occasional vomiting and cough/cold. The fever went down completely,but now there's stiffness in my neck while swallowing or cough, which appeared after the fever. There is also a slight stiffness in my upper back and chest. I'd like to add that there has been no physical activity for these few days
